STAY OFF THE WATERFALL
In our continued effort to repair the waterfall, we have discovered several large rocks out of place causing hundreds of gallons of water to spill out. Several neighbors have witnessed children playing/climbing on the waterfall, likely causing these rocks to move and dislodge the line. We do not know with certainty this was the cause yet feel confident the rocks are large enough to not move on their own. Please let your Board know if you see someone on the waterfall who should not be there. Reapirs are expensive and the last couple were completely avoidable.
HOA BOARD: Effective January 1, 2010, the Churchill Falls HOA will be looking for a secretary to replace Diane Manzi who had to step down due to personal reasons. If you are interested, please contact one of the other four Board Members. Thank you!
