SECURITY CONCERNS
We have had several security concerns lately and wish to make everyone aware. Just today (Nov 13th) a neighbor on Affirmed had his front door kicked in during the middle of the day. We have had additional reports of suspicious behavior over the last couple months including items being stolen from a car and appliances stolen from an unoccupied house.
Your HOA Board has established a Security Committee to discuss what options we may have as a community and as homeowners. Diane Manzi has offered to lead this committee, you can contact her via our contact us page. Please join in our efforts to make this a safe place to live. Please also let the appropriate people know of any suspicious behavior you may see in the neighborhood.

We had a very successful annual meeting last month, thak you to everyone inviolved. Whether you sent a proxy or were able to attedn, we appreciate the effort. The current Board reviewed what has taken place over the last 11 months and we elected a Board for 2009. There are a couple changes to report regardign the Board for 2009. First, we would like the thank Randy Glover for his work with the board in 2008. Randy has been key in helping us through landscape contracts and in getting this waterfall issue on track. Taking his place for 2009 will be Heather Monroe, who was among the first to move into the neighborhood. We are excited about having a new voice. We will announce board positions soon.
Neighborhood Covenants and other documents are now online
We have placed a copy of our covenants in the document section of the website. Please review these covenants as there is valuable information about our community within. Also, there is an architecture review form which MUST be sumbitted for any building/lansdcaping you wish to do. You will be receiving more information on neighborhood guidelines in the coming months.
Waterfall update
It has been determined that there is a leak in the liner of our waterfall. We are currently determining what is the most cost effective way to repair this feature and will post updates as we have them.
Nieghborhood Cookout Photos are up
PLEASE CLEAN UP AFTER YOUR PET
It has come to our attention that some owners are not cleaning up after their animals mess in other owners yards. Please be courteous and clean this mess.
Parking on the street
Please review the covenants for our neighborhood as we have had many complaints of cars being parked on the street for extended periods.
